  • We provide detailed measurements for every single item so you can shop confidently. All measurements are taken in centimetres (cm).

    For tops, jumpers and jackets, we measure ;

    • Length - from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem

    • Chest - from armpit to armpit.

    For pants and jeans, we follow the measurements;

    • Waist width

    • Rise

    • Inseam

    • Leg opening

    For accessories, measurements are taken top to bottom, and side to side to give you the most accurate fit possible.

    Shoes are measured from top to bottom.

  • First, please check your tracking number for the most up-to-date information. Remember to allow extra time around public holidays, as delays are common.

    If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 2 weeks, please get in contact with us.

    If your order is marked “Delivered” but you can’t find it, have a thorough look around your property and check with neighbours in case it was left with them.

    If you still can’t locate your parcel, contact us here and we’ll help you sort it out.

    Please contact us as soon as possible, as we ship orders quickly and may not be able to make changes once your order has been dispatched.

  • First, check your spam or promotions folder, as our emails can sometimes land there. If you still can’t find it, it’s possible the wrong email was entered at checkout.

    If this happens, contact us here with your name and order number, and we’ll get it sorted for you.

  • A reworked item is a second-hand piece that has been altered, customised or modified from its original form. This may include cropping, sewing, patching, printing or adding/replacing graphics. Reworked pieces may not be considered authentic to the original brand.
