Terms & Conditions
All sales are final. Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not obligated to provide refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect fit, accidental orders, or stolen cards.
We provide detailed, accurate measurements and descriptions for every item, please review all information and photos carefully before purchasing.
Returns
If your item arrives with a major fault that was not disclosed in the description or shown in our photos, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return requests will be reviewed by us, and we reserve the right to decline a return if we determine the flaw was sufficiently disclosed.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn (other than trying on)

To request a return, email us at hello@vintagesupplyco.com with your order number in the subject line.
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label. Once your item arrives back to us and is inspected, you will be notified and refunded via your original payment method.
Shipping
We are not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, it is outside of our control.
Please refer to your tracking number for updates, or visit our Shipping Info/FAQ for more guidance.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your parcel, please contact Australia Post directly, they can provide delivery information that we are not able to access.
Item Condition
We inspect and describe all items carefully, including any noticeable flaws. As all pieces are pre-loved, general wear is expected. Any significant issues such as pilling, marks, discolouration, fading, holes, tears, rips, or alterations will be disclosed and/or photographed.
Each item is graded in the product description using the following scale:
A: Excellent condition — no visible flaws or very minor signs of age.
B: Very good condition — minor flaws and general signs of age/wear.
C: Good condition — various flaws and more noticeable wear.
D: Fair condition — heavy wear and major/severe flaws.
Age & Authenticity
At Vintage Supply Co., we source a wide variety of second-hand and vintage pieces. Because we purchase from many different suppliers, we don’t always know the exact year of release, era, or original retail collection an item came from. For this reason, when dating a garment, we rely on its overall aesthetic, construction, branding, style and vibe rather than confirmed manufacturing dates.
If we are confident that an item is vintage, it will be clearly labelled as VINTAGE, 80s, 90s, Y2K, or listed with a specific year (e.g. 2001 Adidas Sweatshirt). If we are unsure, we will not label it as vintage. We prefer honesty and clarity over guesswork, always.
REWORKED ITEMS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
A reworked item is a second-hand piece that has been altered, customised or modified after its original production. This may include (but is not limited to):
Cropping, hemming or resizing
Patchwork, embroidery, applique or added panels
New graphics printed or heat-pressed onto the garment
Dyeing, bleaching, distressing or re-colouring
Spliced tees made from multiple garments
Logos or brand artwork added after purchase
Because reworked pieces have been changed from their original form, we cannot guarantee their authenticity, even if the base garment appears to be from a real brand.
All reworked items will be clearly disclosed in the title and/or product description. We want our customers to know exactly what they are purchasing, especially when it comes to authenticity.
