We dispatch all orders from Torquay, Victoria, using Australia Post. All parcels come with tracking, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Your tracking number will be sent in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed. Tracking will show estimated delivery dates and any updates along the way.

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of purchase (unless otherwise stated).

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or delivered incorrectly due to an error in the shipping information provided.
